Carly's journey in fashion commenced with trend consulting and presentation design at OPR Trend Services, where she honed her craft and laid the foundation for her illustrious career. She subsequently contributed her expertise to renowned brands such as Aeropostale, where she served as a concept and fashion designer, and later, as the senior designer and head of trend for a prestigious private label catering exclusively to Walmart.

Currently, Carly serves as the Creative Design Director for The Gallery Collection, a thriving brand renowned for its innovation and style. At The Gallery Collection, Carly leads the design team with aplomb, spearheading the creation of exclusive collections under the main labels POINT, CINNAMON, POINT SPORT, and G-RESORT.

Beyond her creative prowess, Carly is equally adept at navigating the business side of fashion. Her collaborative approach has seen her seamlessly coordinate with merchandisers, production coordinators, and buyers, ensuring the seamless execution of designs while adhering to budgetary constraints and production timelines.
